What does KAIZEA cost after the pilot?
KAIZEA is currently in its pilot phase, so there is no fixed pricing yet for what comes after. What you can see today is the tier structure: four levels from Single-Team to Enterprise, scaled by team and athlete count. Founding clubs who join now lock in preferred terms for launch.
How does the pilot phase work?
The pilot is a real trial with your own team, not a sales call with a countdown timer. Whether it's a single team or a whole club, we set up your access together in a personal pilot call, because club size and needs vary widely. At the end of the pilot, you decide whether and at which tier to continue.
Do I need extra hardware or GPS trackers?
No. KAIZEA runs on the RPE method (Rating of Perceived Exertion): players rate their own exertion after every session, on their phone or in the app. According to Foster et al. (2001) in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research, session RPE is a scientifically validated, hardware-free way to measure training load. That fully replaces expensive GPS trackers and wearables: no equipment costs, no maintenance, no extra device on the pitch.
If your club later moves towards wearables or GPS, you can connect that data optionally — the RPE core stays, and so does your history. Hardware never becomes mandatory.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. The pilot phase has no lock-in and no minimum term. You can leave at any time and export your club's data in full as JSON, just as you can during ongoing use afterward. More on data ownership is in our privacy policy.
