Why 90 days: the Load Index needs several weeks of consistent logging to produce a reliable picture. It's grounded in the Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio — the sweet spot sits between 0.8 and 1.3, and injury risk climbs above it (Gabbett, British Journal of Sports Medicine, 2016). It's captured hardware-free via session-RPE, the validated self-assessment of perceived exertion (Foster et al., Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research, 2001). A 90-day pilot is the shortest span in which that really shows.

How does a pilot run?
Pilot call (day 0)
A short, no-obligation video call with the board and coaching staff: goals, roles, timeline.
Onboarding (weeks 1–4)
The club admin sets up teams and rosters, coaches get trained, and parents and players receive easy-to-follow info material.
Pilot operation (weeks 5–12)
KAIZEA runs in daily training and match life: RPE logging, wellness check-ins, AI briefings, training planning, matchday organisation.
Midpoint check-in (day 60)
A shared look at usage and value — what’s working, where it’s not.
Decision (day 90)
The club decides, based on real experience, whether KAIZEA stays. No auto-renewal, no obligation to pay.

Who can join the pilot programme?
Amateur and youth football clubs in the German-speaking region. The pilot language is German; the platform itself also supports English, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish.
Does the club's data stay with the club?
Yes. Data sovereignty stays fully with the club, including a JSON export at any time. Hosting runs in EU-certified data centres in Germany and the Netherlands, under a data-processing agreement per GDPR Article 28.
